Bike Ride

Today I went for a bike ride! It was really fun, the only down side is that my butt hurts!!

I got a new bike seat - but it would appear that it didn't help to much. Although I did ride from my house to my sister's house - which is 5.3 miles. Which I guess isn't really that much, but I haven't been able to ride my bike for a while, and lately because I was under the weather, and then my cough wouldn't go away...it still hasn't left all the way. But, I really wanted to go on a bike ride, so...I did!!!

Of course, it took a lot out of me - so my wonderful husband came and picked me up! LoL. But it was still fun, and beautiful and I maybe next time I'll ride both ways...IF I have a more comfortable seat!

My First Blog!!

So...this is my first blog...nice how I state the obvious right?

It was such a beautiful day today!

Well, it's 41 days in to the new year. 2010. wow. 2010, just say those words and let them roll around in your mouth - like you're tasting something for the first time...2010 - and it seems like only yesterday everyone was worried about the world collapsing and that we might end up in the stone age...or something like that. Getting back to the present... I'm so excited about this new year!

God is really working in my life (and Gabe's), and I'm just so very, very excited! I've been reading a lot of really amazing and cool books - mostly about God's handywork...did you know that God is a handyman? LoL - well, it seems that way sometimes...But He is working and doing so many things - and I choose to believe the good works that I have heard about Him. He has been sooooo good to me - I literally can't tell it all. I am just so thankful for all He is, and all He is doing. He has been doing amazing signs and wonders, just as He said He would do.

HE IS DOING THESE NOW!! And it is so amazing to be a part of that! God is allowing us to partake in His works! Doesn't that just make you want to shout for joy?? Oh - how I love Him!
:o) I can get carried away just thinking and pondering on it all!!
